I'm Komal Neupane, a Computer Science student (with minors in Economics and Mathematics) at NYU Abu Dhabi, graduating May 2026 with a 3.91 CGPA, Cum Laude. In August 2026 I'll begin a Master's in Data Science at Columbia University.

My work sits at the intersection of AI, data science, and computational social science. I'm broadly interested in how AI systems behave, how they affect labor markets and decision-making, and in building tools that apply ML and data methods to real social questions.
